Beginners Camp

3rd, 4th, 5th, & 6th Graders

June 14, 15, & 16 | 10AM - 12PM each day

Cost: $100 (includes camp tshirt)

Junior High Prep Camp

6th, 7th, & 8th Graders

June 21, 22, & 23 | 10AM - 2PM each day

Cost: $200 (includes camp tshirt)

Next Level Camp

3rd, 4th, 5th, & 6th Graders

July 12, 13, & 14 | 10AM - 12PM each day

Cost: $100 (includes camp tshirt)

Open Gyms

6th, 7th, & 8th Graders

Athletes in our J.H. Prep Camps will need to bring a packed lunch and drink each day.

Additional Info

We are excited to have Coach Abby directing and coaching our camps & open gyms in June. Abby played D1 Volleyball at the University of Houston and has recently joined the coaching staff at Liberty University.

Beginners Camp:
Fundamentals of overhand serving, passing, setting and hitting will be taught. Drills and fun game play each day.

Next Level Camp:
Build on skills learned at Beginners Camp or prior sessions at ABV. Each day will focus on new drills to improve all skills. Fun game play each day.

Junior High Prep Camps:
These camps are to prepare for junior high tryouts. Overhand and jump serving are taught. Drills to improve passing, setting and hitting. Competitive individual and game play. On last day girls will be run thru a mock try-out to get them over their nerves for school try-outs.

Open Gyms:
Two hours of game play. Coaches will referee and direct courts. Girls will be taught rotations and compete as teams in a tournament atmosphere.
